#MACRA took the school outreach program to Mulanje and Providence Girls Secondary Schools as part of the Safer Internet Day 2024 commemorations .The discussions during the the outreach led by Article lll’s Boniface Mandele revealed that most students were not aware that cyber bullying is a crime punishable by law.The discussion led by the cyber Security expert Mr Exile Njoka brought to light issues young people face online including online fraud, sexual exploitation and trafficking.
#MACRA conducted the school outreach program in all the three regions of the country targeting school going children, equipping them with digital skills and good cyber hygiene practices.
